I especially liked this bit: "I do not see how it is possible to spend this much money in an evening". My immediate thought was 'you don't get out much, do you?'. Not that anywhere I'd ever be likely to go would cost me that much, but even I know it's very very easy to spend that kind of figure if you do it right.
Last stag do I went on was an afternoon at Haydock losing money on the geegees followed by an evening at Bolton casino, losing money on a variety o things. We should have signed up for the poker, we'd have had a chance there. About 11ish, some of them insisted on dragging the groom-to-be off to a lap dancing place, but he was back within an hour! Maybe the dancers aren't very good in Bolton, I dunno.
