Well, after much measuring, and then finding I didn't have one of those picture hangers with two nail slots, spotted 2 nails at pretty much the right height already in the wall.
So I used them. When the string stretches a bit, as it tends to with the weight of a pictureframe on it, it ought to be damn near spot on.
So that was nice and easy.
Oh, yes - it was the framed set of pro pics from when The Lad was 1.

Spoze I'd better find the wossits for tying off the blind strings and put them up now.

Or I could have a chelsea bun...
