Saw a puzzle thing in a catalogue, desrcibed as being made of 9 cubes.
NO NO NO
3*1*1 is NOT a cube!

But is there a more particular word than cuboid?
(Is cuboid even right? - I'm getting old you know)

No; cuboid is the right word.

Regular hexehedron?
Right-angled hexehedron?

I dunno who you are, but I just Friended you.
So now you get to have me make tedious comments to your LJ entries.
Hard luck!

If it was a crystal, a 3x1x1 unit cell (with all the angles 90 degrees) would be tetragonal. A cube would be isometric, and a cornflake packet would be orthorhombic.
