Saw something moving down the hillside over the valley.
Grabbed the binoculars.
For a moment I thought it was a lion.

Yes, because lions know how to apply for passports and buy tickets and read airplane timetables, unlike tigers.

Logically, it can only have been a cow - or maybe a bull. It had shoulder colouration that looked like a mane.
Illogically, I maintain it may indeed have been a lion.
