bah

2nd day on the train...
It was 20 minutes late. For a 30 minute journey. Ho hum.

They obviously didn't want to lull you into a false sense of security.

What was the cause?

Badger hit a junction box at New Malden.

They didn't say.
I got suspicious when what looked like my train went the other way (without stopping) about the time it ought to have arrived.
How late does it have to be before I can fill in a nice compo form?

You don't wait for them to say, you ask when the conductor comes around.

The train that went the other way was as likely to have been the 07:45 heading to Tod to turn around and start from there.

Compo, you'll have to ask. I have a feeling it's 30 mins but could be wrong. Could be 20.
