Office fixed!

Well, I still don't know what Windows Update actually did to my Office installation, but I managed to find some old CDs at werk and it's all fixed now.
Phew.
I need Excel to pick the lottery numbers for Saturday...

It does some [entirely bogus] {and totally irrelevant} stats. You have to pick the numbers somehow, and this removes any responsibility from me. Sort of.

I use Luck Dip, but don't generate enough data to do any statistical tests for randomness on the numbers it produces

I think with a 6from49 system you need an awful lot of data to prove anything either way. What we can say is that the system designers will have put a lot of effort into the attempt to achieve randomness for the actual draw. The algorithms for creating a random LuckyDip are pretty straightforward, shouldn't be anything funny going on there.
