My pool membership expires on Tuesday, and I won't be going there much anyway after that as I retire on Thursday. I want to try for a non-stop 3km. Monday or Tuesday, then...
There's a pool up the road in Todmorden, but I don't know what it's like. The swimming was a 6 month experiment anyway - and I've lost over 10kg, but have plateaued now. The extra distance I need to swim to actually burn significant calories just makes me so hungry I can't not eat more.
I'll get that bike that the ex-neighbour gave me fixed up, I think.
