It seems that when I juggle balls to about 45cm|1'6", I do it at 160bpm.
I'll weigh the balls later and edit this, but they're nominally 4oz IIRC.

EDIT: 130gm - approx 4 5/8ths oz

One of the bowls clubs in our village desperately needs new members to avoid closing down.
Sounds like an easy way to get on an actual team...
