Another longish commute, though nothing like as bad as yesterday.
Today it took a while coz we had to go to the sorting office to collect a parcel.
Jack was a bit annoyed that it was for me, not for him.
But we said he could help me open it tonight.
Then he asked what was in it.
"Pants for Daddy"
"It's not fair!"


The only place I know that stock Sloggi is John Lewis, which is a bit out of my way, and the last 2 times I've been in they haven't had my size in the style&colour I wanted. So I order them from Figleaves.com

The "show you round the campus" people are still bringing tours in, telling them about our PC cluster but not that it will be somewhere else in January, our service desk 'where you can ask any questions' but not that it won't exist in January, our shop that closes next July...
It'd be funny if it wasn't tragic.
