Not everything about the weekend was great.
On Friday evening, when L rang Ali Baba's, they said they had a gas leak and could only do pizza (electric oven).
On Saturday morning, when I took J's books back to the library, they were closed coz somebody had nicked all the lead off the roof.
And on Sunday I broke my top E and didn't have a spare.

Just been down to Music Ground to get a new top E (and a full new set, JIC).

6 quid. They couldn't change a 10. They didn't have a fiver to change 11.
I had to nip out and buy a sandwich so I'd have the right money.
It was the same last time I went in there for something.

But apart from never having any float in the till, it's a FANTASTIC shop. More guitars than you can shake a stick at, and loads of amps too. Amazing range. There's /just/ room to walk round to look at stuff, there's one corner where you can sit and play for a while while you decide if you want to buy.

The flyer reckons over 500 guitars. I believe it. And they have a place in Leeds too, and an ebay shop. Might as well give them a plug:
