Polycell's "just paint it on" finishing skim is rub.
Next time I'll just mix up some plaster myself, a bit thinner than usual so I can use a brush with it.
But, I've started so I'll finish, innit.
I may have to go over it with real plaster, or give it a damn good rubdown.
