Over the last few days it's become apparent that, were Jack to have an income stream, we'd be close to redundant.
Which is to say, he can now go upstairs, put the toilet seat insert in place, do the biz, and come back, entirely unaided.
And this morning, for the first time (as far as we know...) when he came into our room to get (one of) us, he'd already been downstairs to play for a while.

We now own 2 hoses.

3 if you count the old 15m one we're intending to cut up to make arches over the raised beds.

Several people have wished me a happy birthday without receiving a response.

This is because I generally avoid any birthday related activity on the net, my own or anybody else's. I'm useless at remembering them, so it's simpler not to bother at all.

So, you weren't being snubbed.
