Do the sum with me:
3 metres by 1 metre by 15 centimetres is, surely, 0.45 cubic metres.
Which by my reckoning is 450 litres - I don't see how you could disagree.
So how come, to fill it, it took:
2 100 litres bags of vermiculite,
2 100 litres bags of peat moss, and
2 100 litres bags of compost
I make that 600 litres.
Hmmmmmm.
