I had a very quick and quite cheap haircut this morning.
It was a mess, now it's at least tidy even if it isn't quite as short as I usually have it done.
Nobody at work has noticed yet: almost 2 hours now.

My boss's boss just told me they managed to fix it so that there are exactly 5 people after the 5 posts in my boss's section, so we don't need to interview.
I'm not sure being given my own job is all that exciting, but there's a few bottles of fizz in the garage so I might as well open one tonight. There's another CostCo offer on fizz before christmas, and we have enough bottles to do (a) Jack's birthday and (b) anniversary of my moving in with L
