oldbloke at 10:09am on 16/07/2004Walking across town this morning, to fill my head I attempted to audiolize (like visualize, but with sound) [oh, OK, "imagine", then] a version of The Eagles' "Desperado" - the whole album - orchestrated for a rather large consort of recorders.
I think some of the lines would have to have two recorders swapping phrases, so they get a chance to breath. I also think I'll need to invent a recorder with a fantastic ROCK tone - proably made of carbon fibre or titanium or something.
