If I see that woman with another trojan on her laptop one more time I shall tell her there's a 2 week queue whether there is or not. 3 times in 3 months. Every time I install av and somehow she either breaks it or doesn't update it. I'm going to ask my boss's boss about the possibility of levying a charge for the cleanup work in cases of culpable negligence.
