To fix IE, I ended up uninstalling XP's SP1a.
I did find the relevant q...... fix, but it claimed I didn't have IE6's SP1 and refused to run, although according to IE, it _does_ have SP1.

I only installed SP1a in the first place so the fix for Sasser would stick - won't without it.

pah!

Dandelion & Burdock

Listening to a traffic report referring to the anticlockwise carriageway of the M25, I fell to musing on the fact that clocks have not always existed, but the two rotational directions have. It wasn't long before (with L's help, as it happens) I remembered the word "widdershins" whic is anticlockwise. What about clockwise? OK I _could_ go and find Roget, but asking here may well be more fun.

So, if I want to replace all the Richard Brautigans that it looks like my ex isn't going to let me have, do I go to Amazon, Ebay, or what? Some of you lot seem to get through a lot of books, you must have advice on where to buy.
